I use to suffer from a stiff neck and back ache in the morning, but since buying an adjustable bed (although I was a bit indecisive buying at first) I haven't had a single problem since. The only problem being is that when we bought an adjustable bed for my father, everything was all good until we couldnt get it up the staircase. I got myself an adjustable air bed so that I sleep at a slight incline, and after about a month my neck pain went completely away and has yet to return. Best money I ever spent, I tell you what. :) P.S.
