Further, as you can see from the video clip below, if you’re sufficiently endowed in the rear, you already have all the equipment you need to work your butt! Sit, stretch your legs out to the sides as far as you can go, and lift one cheek, then the other, then the other, and so on.
Looks effective. But man, it sure is funny to watch in this setting.
