Single String Balloon Bass, Amazing Video
This guy has come up with an amazing single “string” bass made from balloons.
A single round balloon forms the body of this unique bass guitar. A regular guitar pickup is used to help with the sound, and a skinny twisty balloon is attached to form the neck (and of course serving as the single string of the bass). Yes, there’s just a single string, and yet the guy plays an actual song he penned specifically for playing on this instrument.
This really is quite remarkable. He explains what he did to create the balloon bass, shows off the parts, then performs the song.
