This is jaw-dropping amazing: Human LCD displays created by fans in the stands.

You’ve seen fans in stadium stands creating moving images to simulate an LCD display by holding up and/or turning big cards, right?

Well, in this video showing a South Korean soccer stadium, you’ll see that too, except the fans are not using cards! They are using their clothes! Each person is wearing a jacket having a one color on the front and a different color on the back. What’s more, they can open the jacket to reveal a third color: The color of their shirt. Some have even figured out how to move to display their pants to create shading!

Now, all they need to figure out is how to create displays in real time of what’s going on in the field! That would be out of this world amazing! Still, the human LCD displays shown here are pretty cool doing what they’re doing.

This guy has come up with an amazing single “string” bass made from balloons.

A single round balloon forms the body of this unique bass guitar. A regular guitar pickup is used to help with the sound, and a skinny twisty balloon is attached to form the neck (and of course serving as the single string of the bass). Yes, there’s just a single string, and yet the guy plays an actual song he penned specifically for playing on this instrument.

This really is quite remarkable. He explains what he did to create the balloon bass, shows off the parts, then performs the song.

Her name is Ted. She’s a parrot. And using her beak and foot, she’s able to solve chain puzzles, those pesky puzzles in which you have to disentangle two chain links. This is the kind of puzzles that drives most mere mortal humans up a wall, screaming with agony and frustration.

It takes most humans an hour, on average, to solve this kind of puzzle. In fact, many who try simply give up…

…It takes Ted the parrot mere moments (a few seconds!) to solve the chain puzzle.

This kid may have a bright future as a circus acrobat with his eye-popping flips! Watch this wrestler execute an amazing backflip and end up pinning his opponent. Pretty cool.

It’s the super human jump rope demonstration! The girl in this video jumps rope as fast as she can before the time runs out. Note that you can hardly see the rope since it’s moving so fast. I don’t know anyone who can just plain jump that fast, let alone swing a rope around themselves super fast and then jump over it each time to boot! Pretty amazing!

I’m staying with a hockey theme (see yesterday’s post about the amazing hockey shot by the 9-year old…) since this one is just too good to pass up. Here you’ll see Minnesota Wild Marian Gaborik tripped by Detroit Red Wings goaltender Dominik Hasek … Gagorik goes head over heels as a result. Plenty of repeats in fast and slow motion from several different camera angles gives you a great view.

This hockey player is only 9 years old and he makes an impressive, amazing, and elegant goal. It’s a thing of beauty!

At the start of this video, the guy talks to introduce himself. The song begins, and then he starts singing… like a woman! A female vocalist in a man’s body! The thing is - he’s really good! There are even a couple of interludes in the song where he resorts to talking to say some quick phrases - in his normal, male voice! Sure, you might think “lip syncing”, but watch closely - he’s the real deal!

Jessica Hahn appears at a “press conference” last year in Philadelphia with Howard Stern. Howard makes it a point to bring her up to the table, introduce her, and have her show off her breasts, which she does, with pleasure, through the sheer black top she’s wearing. There are also clips of quite a few other barely-dressed nearly-naked women who squeeze their boobs for the camera and show off their butts. Pretty amazing! Then again, what do you expect from Howard Stern?

Watch the base runner steal 2nd and end up safe in this Japanese baseball game! He slide just before getting to the base then “dances around” the glove of the 2nd baseman to end up safe! Hard to believe until you see it in slow motion. Amazing!
