I talked about the flat belly diet back in early January, since diets and weight loss are all the rage as new year’s resolutions and promises-to-self garbage and personal development goals mumbo jumbo.

Today the flat belly diet is all the rage again since food-show host and cooking diva Rachel Ray brought it up on her show today. She had a couple of women who claim to have a remedy for belly flab that involves no exercise. And that right there is the crux of the flat belly diet!
