Alright men, here’s your workout guide - do it or not depending on what your woman says!
In this funny video clip, you get a hilarious commercial from Gold’s Gym. You can’t tell if you should be working out or not, especially if you’re aim is to please the ladies (or that one special lady in your life). Hey, I’m a guy, and I workout and get my supplements and protein drink mixes from BodyBuilding.com, but I should check in with my wife to see if I’m on the right track! I’m no bodybuilder by any stretch, but over the years I added close to 50 lbs of muscle to my otherwise lean frame. It really shaped my body nicely and now I workout just to maintain the muscle mass I have.
I developed my own workout guide and have all the equipment I need at home (so no Gold’s Gym membership for me). I like this funny commercial though with all the women discussing what they like in guy who does workout, and in guys that do not workout (I can’t believe they’re serious though!).
Now that’s a funny video clip that gives some interesting pointers for the start of a men’s workout guide.

Hyperthymestic syndrome is the extremely rare ability to remember every little detail of past life events.
Only about three people in the world have hyperthymestic syndrome. Hyperthymestic comes from the Greek words that mean “excessive remembering”.
One such guy who has this amazing ability is Brad Williams of La Crosse, Wisc. Throw any date at him and he can gush almost endlessly about what he did and what events took place in the world that day.
Williams is the current subject of study by memory researchers who want to better understand how human memory works, while also looking for insights into memory loss and how it might be prevented. A man in Ohio and a woman in California are the other two in the study who also have hyperthymestic syndrome.
By contrast, the guy in the funny video clip below definitely does NOT have this ability. His memory is pretty poor except when it comes to Maple Leaf roast beef! With beef he shows no evidence of memory loss!
My guess is that Brad Willliams who can boast he has hyperthymestic syndrome would have no problem telling us which dates he ate roast beef.
