So, you wanna know about putting on a condom, eh? I hear you asking right now: “Can you show me how to put a condom on, please?”

Now, why in the world you’d ask that of me, Dave, your good ol’ funny video clip guy, is beyond me. But hey, I’m not you! You’re you, and you want to know the proper way to put a condom on, right?

Well, sorry to disappoint, but I’m not going to personally demonstrate in a video, funny or otherwise!

I can give you some general tips, things like:

Be very careful when opeing the condom wrapper since it’s easy to tear a condom with fingernails, jewelry, buckles, and other hard sharp pointy objects; making sure you squeeze the tip of the condom as you unroll it since air can be trapped there and cause the condom to break; smooth rolling down your you-know-what, making sure that the roll is on the outside…. you know, stuff like that.

But if you insist on seeing a video about putting on a condom, I can only offer the funny variety here! So, check this out - a woman putting a condom on in a pre-flight demonstration!

You’ll never look at flight attendants the same way again! Imagine if they all did this in every flight, showing how a condom should go on, since it’s oh-so-important to passenger safety and such during the flight! Yeah, right!

Recently the major network press here in the US featured a comedy troupe out of New York (if I remember correctly) who put on this amazing prank in which they went to the subway stations and then suddenly “froze”; they just stopped moving in the midst of the bustling commuters! It caused quite a stir, enough that the major media outlets picked it up and did a story on the guy who runs the comedy team.

Here’s a very funny video clip showing the same concept (though done much earlier than the prank described above).

What’s great about this is that anyone can do this - you can go out and do it today! Go to your favorite store (better to be a group of you), stay somewhat together, and then at the same time freeze. You’ll get some very interesting reactions from other folks to be sure!

Pleo, the popular robotic dinosaur, wants nothing more than a little tidbit of a border collie’s dinner in this very funny video clip! Pleo even growls at the border collie! But the dog gets right in there to grab his meal, nip at Pleo at times, have some of his dinner, then simply pick up his bowl and leave the room, leaving Pleo by himself!

This is one of the best Pleo vs. real animal video clips I’ve seen. I thought you’d all get a kick out of it!

With web conferencing technology, people from any part of the world can get together, virtually, over the Internet for live meetings and presentations. Communication is not limited to mere text messaging either. With web cameras (web cams) in place for every user, each person on the web conference can see and hear every other person.

And there’s the problem! Some people, especially if they’re alone in the room or office in which they’re taking part in the live web conference, easily forget they’re on camera for all the world to see (or at least all the others who are on the web conference)!

That’s just the case with the web meeting shown in this funny video clip. Watch this and ask yourself: If you’ve ever participated in a web conference, can you relate? Enjoy!

The word is out from the Ford Motor Company: There’s a recall on the Ford Mustang.

Got yourself one from the 2005 - 2008 model years? Bring it back! There’s a problem with the front passenger side air bags - they need to be recalibrated. All in all, about 470,000 Ford Mustangs need to be hauled back in to the dealer to have this fixed.

Apparently, there have been no injuries or deaths reported that resulted in the recall. Nevertheless, some recent testing on the Mustang air bags has shown they could injure a small, unbelted passenger.

[ Duh! Air bags are inherently dangerous anyway! Whatever… ]

Too bad about this recall. That means there’s going to be about half a million Ford Mustangs that will NOT be engaged in high speed chases like the one shown in this funny video clip! And with the way these guys are driving, those Mustangs better have proper air bag mechanisms!

Every day more and more people are discovering the benefits of working from home. They may be running their own home-based business or spending a portion of their work week telecommuting for their employer.

While this is a reality for millions, it’s a dream of many more: Get out of bed, do your morning thing, grab a cup of coffee, and walk a few steps to your office. Heck, you don’t even need to get dressed if you choose not to - stay in your jammies or sweats, no shoes, and just be ultra-comfortable.

No stress-inducing commute, reduced wear-and-tear and maintenance expenses on your vehicle, no tight stuffy clothes, no huge budget for a required wardrobe, no boss breathing down your neck, no co-worker gossip or back-stabbing shenanigans to deal with. And more.

Today’s technology makes this more possible than ever: At the very least, all you need is a computer, a connection to the Internet, a few choice pieces of software to get your work done, and the ability to write well.

But beware… While such technology can make a work-from-home dream a reality, the same technology can bust your reality - or your dream - to the core!

What exactly do I mean?

The latest ridiculous news from the world of professional baseball is that the Florida Marlins are seeking a bunch of fat men to become their cheerleading squad to perform at this season’s Friday and Saturday home games.

The tubby overweight guys will be known as the Manatees, named for the real 1,200 pound marine creatures often referred to as “sea cows”. Real manatees possess a distinct lack of agility and athletic prowess. Apparently the Marlins are looking for their fat guy counterparts to effectively mimic the overly stunning abilities (not!) of real manatees in their new Manatees all-male cheerleading team.

Good Lord!

As the penultimate “human super-human” and current top celebrity supporter of Republican Presidential candidate Mike Huckabee, it seems there’s just no end to the jabs and jokes about Chuck’s toughness!

I talked about the flat belly diet back in early January, since diets and weight loss are all the rage as new year’s resolutions and promises-to-self garbage and personal development goals mumbo jumbo.

Today the flat belly diet is all the rage again since food-show host and cooking diva Rachel Ray brought it up on her show today. She had a couple of women who claim to have a remedy for belly flab that involves no exercise. And that right there is the crux of the flat belly diet!

What about other body parts? Let’s say you want to work on your butt. You want to trim it down, firm it up, and make it more shapely. What’s the no-exercise equivalent for achieving an attractive butt — sit down all day?

Well, whatever the easy no-workout regiment is for getting a great butt, whenever you do achieve the butt you desire, you can parade around at your job (and anywhere, really) like the electronics store sales lady shown in this funny video clip. She’s always losing her skirt and revealing her fine behind!

It’s an expensive outing to see a NASCAR race at the Atlanta Motor Speedway. But help is on the way for the Kobalt Tools 500 there on March 9, 2008, courtesy of yesterday’s winner of the Daytona 500, Ryan Newman.

How so? Officials from Atlanta Motor Speedway said - before the Daytona 500 - that they would give out $100 tickets for a price, in dollars, that matches the winning car of the Daytona 500.

Ryan Newman drives the number 12 car, so… do the math (ooooooooo, it’s hard!) — There are a limited number of tickets to the Kobalt at the Atlanta Motor Speedway for 12 bucks! There will be 1,000 tickets in rows 14-26 of the front stretch Winner’s Grandstand at this special discount price. And each buyer can get up to 10 tickets at that low price! Whooooo weeee!

What a deal! What a bargain! Wow. Of course, tickets have been on sale since 9 o’clock this morning. Hmmmm, think there are any left? Doubtful, but you can still try.
