Nothing says summer in the USA like hot dogs and fireworks so check out this fireworks video clip.

I thought I’d get started celebrating the 4th of July - Independence Day here in the US - a little early with this fireworks video clip of a grand finale (or part of the grand finale anyway). I have always looked forward to this first week of July as the days are hot, the nights are warm, and there’s always excitement brewing among family and friends as they look forward to July 4th celebrations involving get-togethers, picnics, cookouts, parades, concerts, and of course, a fireworks display or two.

So here you go - get into the spirit of the July 4th holiday and summer fun two days early by watching this video clip of a grand finale, shot somewhere in the good ol’ USA.

Come to think of it, I might post a cool fireworks video clip tomorrow and the next day (July 4) too!

You’re an Internet addict if you’re into excessive online gaming, spend huge amounts of time looking at porn and other sex-related sites online, and/or find it difficult to tear yourself away from your email or test messaging application.

Internet addiction is becoming so widespread that some psychiatrists want to classify it as a bona fide mental illness. Others say hogwash to that notion, arguing that its too new of a condition and it needs further study to determine whether excessive Internet use can be considered an addiction, or any other type of mental illness.

I don’t know… seems too complicated. Keep it simple, I say! Let the following video clip be the test: If you can watch the entire video, then yes, you are an Internet addict! If not, then you’re home free!

A bunch of mysterious, weird sea creatures have been collected from the depths of the icy waters of Antarctica by a team scientists examining the life forms there. Included in their collection are giant sea spiders and enormous worms.

This investigation is part of an international program to create a profile of the marine life in the oceans around the South Pole area of the world. Australian experts reported today that the sea creatures collected have probably never been seen by humans before, having come from 6,500 feet below the surface of the water.

One of the experts leading the mission (Dr. Martin Riddle) said he and his team saw giant worms, giant crustaceans, and giant sea spiders.

All told, thousands of animals were collected with about a quarter of them never before known! And many of them grow to abnormally huge sizes, a poorly understood condition known as gigantism.

I wonder if gigantism is the cause of the large size of the strange lizard-like sea creature shown in the amazing video clip below! Watch in awe and disbelief! Is it fact or fiction? Look out at the end as the diver pulls too hard on the thing’s tail… ouch!!!
